Kids@Union Chapel strives to provide kids with the opportunity to KNOW Jesus Christ, to train kids to GROW in the foundational values of the faith, and to empower kids to GO make Christ known.
We do this by offering age appropriate services for Infants through 3rd grade every weekend.
Kids@UC meets during the 10am and 11:30am services.
We believe that every moment in your child's life matters. We have a 7 step framework in place to help parents make sure every moment with their child is well spent.
Picture the weeks that your child has from birth until graduation as a jar full of marbles.
The Faith and Baptism Class for kids, is held prior to baptisms during weekend services. This class is designed to help parents and kids talk through faith, baptism, and next steps. The Faith and Baptism class is a requirement for kids who wish to be baptized (6th grade and younger).
Child Dedications take place twice a year during adult weekend services. Child Dedication is a beautiful and symbolic way to present your child to God and the church body. Dedication is a covenant made by parents to raise their child to be a follower of Christ, while the church commits to coming alongside the parents. Parents are required to attend and complete the Parent Commitment Class prior to dedication weekend.

We want to make sure to answer any questions that you might have.
Here are some of the more common ones.
Our goal is to make the check-in process as easy as possible. When you arrive at the Kids@UC Lobby, for the first time, a leader or staff member will assist you at the Check-In desk. To speed up the process you can fill out our check-in information form here!
For subsequent visits, you will be asked to use the Church Center app to check-in at the self check-in tablets in the lobby.
We won't let them cry forever! If they're sad, sick, or misbehaving, Kids@UC will contact you via a text message to the phone number in your child's profile. If no response is received we will call the phone number, and if needed, we will display your security tag number on the screen in the Worship Center.
We are dedicated to the safety of your kid(s). The Kids@UC facility is a locked area during weekend services. No unauthorized person is allowed through our locked down doors without presenting the proper identification to the security guard stationed at each door.
While your kid is at Kids@UC they will receive Biblical teaching through engaging activities, dynamic worship, small group discussions, and large group games. Services are designed to give your kid the best opportunity to KNOW Jesus, GROW in their faith, and then be sent to GO and share with the world.
Kids@UC is open for the 10am & 11:30am services on Sundays.
Yes, there is a nursing room available in room 201 within building 1 or at the back of the Worship Center by the tech booth in building 3.

Safety is a priority for Union Chapel and Kids@UC. For your child's well-being and our liability, an adult (at least 18 years of age) must remain on the premises for the duration of the child's time on campus.
Please place a potty training sticker from the parent resource station in the Kids@UC Lobby on their back and notify a volunteer in your child's classroom so we can assist them. We also ask that you bring an extra change of clothes in case of an accident.
